I run a lot of Wordpress sites and I can recommend this plugin.
costs some money but makes feeding Facebook easy.
excellent customer service -- they emailed me the custom CSS code fix I needed.
be sure to find the shortcode page and be prepared to test it. it's not completely self-contained in the plugin settings; you will need to mess with shortcodes.
