Hello all!
I’m still very new to WordPress and am facing an issue with a site that I’m currently working on.
I’m trying to delete a section from the bottom of the home page entirely. Currently, the section includes a blank (text?) box that has the date and author of the “post”. However, this section is not actually a post that I have created or that can be found under the “Posts” tab. I was able to figure out how to remove the meta data, but the section still reads “by on” and just looks incredibly awkward. The section to be removed is just above the footer of the page.
I’ve attached a link to an image to better explain my issue. The section with the red star is the one that I am trying to remove (both grey and white area if possible).
Please let me know if you’d need any other information or have any questions. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you!
