Alway problems with new version of this plugin but not with 0.9.4.1

Hi,
I have tried all new version after 0.9.4.1 but always problems with cache empty pages , code etc… The solution form me (and works good) is use 0.9.4.1 version. I think that developers would have to works on this version. Every time I have tried to make an upgrade I have unistall all and from ftp clean all and reinstall 0.9.4.1.
