Want to pass “PHP Global Variables” in the body of emails

Hi,

I am using contact form 7. Users can access the contact us form via an icon that appears on every page. When clicked it pops up and allows users to enter information. I would like to know which page the user was on when they clicked the contact us form along with the client browser and client IP address.
In PHP the variables are:
$_SERVER[‘HTTP_REFERER’];
$_SERVER[‘HTTP_USER_AGENT’];
$_SERVER[‘SERVER_ADDR’];

Can someone suggest a way to do this.
